Delfiore Pizza & Food Company started in 1997 and officially Incorporated in year 2000.

The main premise of Delfiore is "to provide a positive eating experience through thoughtful combinations of foods." We harness simple cooking processes to create a unifying balance of aesthetics and flavor. By approaching our menu in this manner, our recipes have been known to sooth souls. We are creators of Italian-American Soul Food.

Angelo Galeotafiore, aka. Angelo Delfiore, is well known in Patchogue as a pioneer in the food movement and is given credit for being one of the first to start a creative food business in the Village of Patchogue. His passion, from an early start, was to eat carefully balanced foods that weren't loaded with too much of any one particular ingredient. He drove many family members crazy, especially if dishes were not prepared thoughtfully and abundant in one flavor. He embarked on his official culinary journey when he attended The Culinary Institute of America in 1993, in which he graduated with high honors. There he learned the skills needed to perform in any kitchen, diligently and effectively. Once graduating, he took his education a step further and with his entrepreneurial spirit, he had given birth to his 'first born', Delfiore Pizza Company. The rest is history, as they say, and today, Delfiore Pizza & Food Company has transitioned into one of the most delicious, fast-Casual restaurants on the South Shore of Long Island. Its boasts many combinations of pizza you can't find anywhere else! Delfiore Pizza & Food Company is dedicated to making the best tasting food.
