At Delfiore Pizza & Food Company, we've dedicated ourselves to providing our customers with freshly-made artisan sourdough pizza. The process requires a significant time commitment and skill in order to produce a dough that’s well-balanced in terms of both flavor and nutrients. Sourdough is made by a long cold fermentation process of at least 48 hours. Many nutrients are naturally released into the dough during this time, leaving you feeling fuller and more satisfied!
